Our work is production landscaping on residential properties. The role is hands-on and physically demanding, including kneeling, bending, and lifting throughout each day. In addition to hand tools of the trade, the use of small, medium and large power tools will be expected; if you need to learn them, you will receive training.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and work ethic, with eagerness to learn and follow direction
  • Strong body, with ability to do physical activity on a daily basis (i.e.: moving large quantities of mulch; consistently lifting 50 lbs., occasionally lifting 75 lbs.; kneeling / bending for long periods of time)
  • At least one full season of professional landscaping experience
  • Familiarity and comfort using hand tools such as pruners, loppers, and shovels
  • Sharp punctuality and time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the drive to complete all tasks on time and with excellence
  • Must have a reliable smart phone with camera
  • Must have a valid PA Driver’s License
  • Must have reliable automobile transportation to the TDG shed and/or directly to job sites

Responsibilities:

  • Weed, rake, and mulch garden beds, paths, and planters
  • Plant a variety of perennials, shrubs, and trees to horticultural standards
  • Prune and maintain shrubs and plants according to our standards
  • Condition and prepare soil for planting using hand and power tools
  • Use LMN Crew App to clock in and update job information
  • Self-educate and constantly expand knowledge of horticulture and regional ecology
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients
  • Learn the Terra Donna plant palette and increase PA and regional native plant knowledge

Job Description: FT/PT, Hourly, Seasonal

Hours and schedule: subject to season, weather and client demands.

Expected Hours: up to 8 hrs per day, 35-40 hrs. per week (FT), 16-24 hrs. per week (PT)

Mon-Fri (occasional longer daily hours and Saturday work). Due to weather-based limitations, the first four to six weeks of the season may be part time.

Hourly rate: Entry level/1 year of experience, $18 - $2o per hour, depending on experience

Hourly rate: Experienced: 2-3 or more years of experience, $21 - $23/hr, depending upon experience

Position Dates: 3/9/26 – 11/27/26, with the potential for off-season, part time work, and to continue into the 2027 season and beyond.

Job Location: The company is based in Media, PA, and serves homeowners in Delaware County, eastern Chester County, PA and North Wilmington, DE
